Friday Night is Music Night - Answer 2
Thanks to those of you who joined in last night’s Music Night.
The answers to the questions were:-
The name of the artist was Tarkan who had a world-wide hit with ‘Kiss Kiss’ in 1997. Holly Valance also had a hit with it 5 years later.
The country is Turkey which has a wonderfully varied landscape, beautiful coastline and remarkable history.
The precise location in the featured image is the Acropolis at Tlos which is not far from Fethiye on the Mediterranean coast.
Kiss Kiss is a great song to belly dance too 😊
To whet your appetite perhaps a little bit further I’ve included another song from Tarkan which I like even more than Kiss Kiss.
